Tour of the Azure Portal
For there who are not familiar with azure portal, this article will help you to get a quick understanding. Azure portal is one of the way that you can interact with your azure services and resources.

If you have existing Microsoft account use that or else you have to create new, this is also possible for Gmail accounts as Microsoft accounts.
In this series, I am using my university student subscription. If you have student subscription you can use that or use can use free tier up to limited time.
After login to the portal, click on Resources in the left navigation to view all resources. If you look at the any resource you can see type, resource group and subscription relevant to them. Each and every concept I have already discussed in a previous article, if are you not familiar with them please refer to article about core concepts in azure.


You can have new resource on clicking Add button in the top.
You can see your subscriptions in subscription tab. Furthermore, you may have multiple subscriptions. You can click subscription name and see the more details in the opening tab. (Current cost, Billed amount)
